Privacy policy

This English translation is provided for convenience. The Dutch version is legally leading in case of conflict.
1. What data we collect
During an orientation conversation we collect the data you enter yourself: name, age, family situation, income, contract type, financial obligations, housing wish and relevant background information. For site visits we collect technical log files: IP address, browser type, visited pages. No cookies for tracking — only functional.
2. What we use it for
For providing an orientation or advisory process. For legally required file formation under Wft. For compliance audits by AFM. Not for marketing without explicit consent. Not for training AI models without explicit consent.
3. Who has access
Your file is only accessible to: yourself, your assigned Wft-certified supervisor, and — during active process progression — relevant third parties such as lenders, appraisers or notaries. We share nothing with third parties beyond what's strictly necessary for the advisory process.
4. How long we keep it
Advisory files are kept 7 years per Wft retention requirements. Site logs are kept 90 days for security purposes. Marketing data (if you consent to it) is kept until you unsubscribe or up to 2 years after last interaction.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct incorrect data, erasure (insofar as legally possible — Wft retention overrides GDPR erasure), data portability, and objection to processing. Send a request to hallo@advoria.nl and you'll get a response within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use only functional cookies (login session, language preference, cookie-consent choice). No analytics trackers. No Facebook pixels. No Google Analytics. Should we ever want to add analytics, we'll explicitly ask for consent.
7. Changes to this policy
For material changes (e.g. a new processing purpose) we'll actively inform you — via email if you have an active file, otherwise via a banner on the site. Smaller textual adjustments are noted only on this page with a date stamp.
