HARD CUTOFF
In some situations the agent shows NO three scenarios. Not because it can't, but because it would be misleading. In those cases the agent jumps straight from phase 5 to phase 7 and explains honestly what the advisor should review. Examples: BKR registration, purchase price higher than financeable, non-standard collateral like a monument, or a complex life event such as an ongoing divorce.
THE END PRODUCT
An orientation is the beginning, not the endpoint. After the orientation and intake comes a Wft-compliant advice report: reviewed, discussed and finalised by a certified advisor.
