General terms

1. Definitions
Advoria: the mortgage advisory firm registered under Chamber of Commerce number registratie volgt. Client: the natural person who purchases an orientation or advisory process. Supervisor: the Wft-certified advisor who signs the advice. Advisory process: the full process from intake to signing of the advice.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to every agreement between Advoria and the client. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing. The terms are available on this website and are made available to the client before concluding an agreement.
3. Our service
Advoria provides mortgage advice under Wft license. The orientation conversation is free and without obligation. The full advisory process (€495) includes: intake, data collection, scenario analysis, personal conversation with the supervisor, advice, and brokerage up to the signing moment with the lender.
4. Your obligations
Client must provide correct and complete information. Advoria may rely on the correctness of that information. In case of significant changes during the process (e.g. in income or housing wish), client is obliged to report this immediately.
5. Rates and payment
The advisory rate of €495 is a fixed amount for the full process. No hidden costs, no commissions behind the scenes. Payment takes place before the start of the advisory process (after the free orientation conversation). In case of cancellation within 14 days, the full amount is refunded.
6. Liability
Advoria is liable for damage resulting from defective advice, in accordance with statutory liability rules under Wft. Our professional liability insurance covers this liability. Liability for indirect damage (e.g. lost profit) is excluded, except in case of gross negligence or intent.
7. Complaints and dispute resolution
Complaints about our service can be sent to compliance@advoria.nl. We respond within 14 days. Can't we resolve it together? Then you can submit your complaint to KiFiD (Dutch Financial Services Complaints Institute, kifid.nl). Disputes not resolved via KiFiD fall under Dutch courts.
8. Termination
Client can terminate the agreement at any time. If termination occurs after the advice has been delivered but before the signing moment, the full rate remains due. For termination during the process, a pro-rata settlement applies based on the state of the work.
9. Applicable law and competent court
This agreement is governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted in first instance to the competent Dutch court, subject to the jurisdiction of KiFiD.
10. Changes to terms
Advoria may change these terms. Changes are published on this page at least 30 days before entry into force. For ongoing files, the terms applicable at the time of entering into the agreement always apply.
