How we handle your data, your trust, and the law.

GDPR and data.

All data you share during an orientation conversation is stored in our own data vault within the Netherlands or EU. Not at OpenAI, not in ChatGPT, not in a US datacenter. We don't train models on your data without explicit consent. We share nothing with third parties beyond what's strictly necessary for the advisory process: think lenders, appraisers or notaries. You always have access, the right to erasure, and the right to data portability as prescribed by the GDPR.

Wft and AFM.

Our AFM license process is underway. Once granted, we have the right to provide mortgage advice under Dutch law. That means: a Wft-certified advisor is end-responsible for every advice, carries liability via a professional liability insurance, and is periodically tested by the AFM. AI is a tool, not a replacement of human judgment. That's not a voluntary choice but a legal requirement.

AI transparency.

Every AI output is reconstructable. We log which questions you ask, which answers the agent gives, which calculations are done, and which decisions the advisor takes. Not to track you, but because compliance requires that we can demonstrate how advice came about. The same logging protects you: if there is ever doubt about an advice, it is reconstructable.

Live Compliance layer.

Advoria doesn't work with a static knowledge base, but with a controlled Live Compliance layer. Official sources, including AFM guidelines, Nibud standards and Wft regulations, are monitored periodically. Changes are recorded and reviewed, and only made available to AI agents after human validation. The last approved knowledge version remains active during source disruptions. This keeps the process current, explainable and auditable: without automatic legal interpretation.

Cookies.

On this site we only use functional cookies. No analytics trackers, no Facebook pixels, no Google Analytics. Not on principle but because we don't need them right now. Should that change, we will explicitly ask for consent.
